1. Return Eligibility
A product shall be eligible for return only under the following circumstances:

- The wrong product has been delivered.
- The size delivered does not match the confirmed order.
To qualify for a return:

- All original packaging, tags, labels, and invoices must be intact.
- An unboxing video recorded from the start (without pause or edit) must be provided for damaged or incorrect item claims.
MARVELO reserves the right to reject any return request that does not comply with the above conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used, washed, altered, or worn products.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional campaigns (unless defective).
- Socks, innerwear, or hygiene-sensitive items (unless proven defective).
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return request, customers must:
- Contact MARVELO customer support via official communication channels.
- Provide:
- Order number
- Clear images of the product
- Unboxing video (mandatory for damage/wrong product claims)
Our team will review the request within 24β48 business hours.
If the return is approved:
- Pickup will be arranged by our designated logistics partner, OR
- The customer may be instructed to send the item to our designated warehouse address.
Return shipping charges shall be determined based on the reason for return.
4. Refund Policy
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, MARVELO will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved:

- Store credit (if agreed by the customer)
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on MARVELOβs part.
MARVELO shall not be responsible for delays caused by banking or mobile financial service providers.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for:
- Size-related issues (subject to stock availability).
- Defective or incorrect products.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, the customer may choose:

8. Limitation of Liability
MARVELO shall not be liable for:
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences.
- Slight measurement differences within Β±0.5 inch tolerance.
- Delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
