1. How long does delivery take?

We deliver through Pathao Courier.

  • Inside Dhaka: 48–72 hours
  • Outside Dhaka: 48–72 hours

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

2. What are the delivery charges?

Our delivery charges are:

  • ΰ§³80 inside Dhaka
  • ΰ§³120 outside Dhaka (rest of Bangladesh)

The delivery charge will be clearly shown before order confirmation.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer 100% Cash on Delivery (COD).

You pay only when the product is delivered to your doorstep.

No advance payment required.

4. Do you deliver outside Bangladesh?

At the moment, MARVELO delivers only within Bangladesh.

However, we are working on expanding internationally very soon. Stay connected with us for updates.

5. How can I place an order?

You can place an order by:

  • Ordering directly through our website
  • Messaging us via our official social media page

Once your order is confirmed, our team will process it for shipment.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order before it is shipped.

Once the product has been dispatched through Pathao, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Can I open the package before payment?

Pathao courier policy does not allow opening the package before payment.

However, if you face any issue after receiving the product, you can contact us within 48 hours with proper proof.

8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • The wrong product
  • A size different from what you ordered

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos
  • Full unboxing video (without pause or edit)

Our team will review and assist you accordingly.

9. Do you allow returns or exchanges?

Yes, we allow returns or exchanges only if:

  • The product is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • There is a confirmed size mismatch

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

10. Are socks and innerwear returnable?

For hygiene reasons, socks and innerwear are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

11. Why might product colors look slightly different?

Due to lighting, photography, and screen display variations, actual product color may slightly differ from what you see online.
